Supreme Court of Jamaica

The official website of the Supreme Court of Jamaica provides court listings, a judgments database (mainly cases from 1997 onwards), forms, court rules, practice directions, the Judicature (Supreme Court) Act and the Jamaica Sentencing Guidelines. It also has statistics, news and other information.

Decisions of the Nineteenth Century Tasmanian Superior Courts

Collection of full-text decisions from the Tasmanian Superior Courts handed down between 1824 and 1842 and made freely available by AustLII (the Australasian Legal Information Institute) and Macquarie University in Australia. The project was undertaken by Bruce Kercher of Macquarie University, Australia who selected and edited cases from newspaper archives and court records. Cases can be searched and browsed by subject or date.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova

The Moldavian Constitutional Court was established in 1995, to guarantee the supremacy of the Constitution. Its website has details of the structure and functions of the court and there is a database of judgments from 1995 onwards (under 'Activitatea jurisdicţională' on the Romanian version of the site). There are English translations of the Moldavian Constitution, the Law on the Moldavian Constitutional Court and the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova. There are English, Romanian and Russian versions of the website, but the English content is limited.

World Intellectual Property Organization: Database of WIPO Cases and WIPO Panel Decisions

A free database of internet domain name dispute cases, provided by the World Intellectual Property Organization's Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva. The Center offers alternative dispute resolution services in international commercial disputes between private parties. All the domain name cases back to 1999 are available in the database, searchable by domain name, key word, party names or case number. The full text of the decisions is available. The site also provides indexes of decisions by domain name category and by legal point, together with lists of the most-cited cases.

Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

This site has information about the court system in Trinidad and Tobago, including judicial appointments. It provides practice directions and court forms, as well as a list of judgments of the Court of Appeal and the High Court from around 2009 onwards, including the full text of many decisions. Guidance for the public is available and there are sections of the site for lawyers, businesses and the media.

New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission decisions

An AustLII database, providing free access to selected decisions of the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission from 1985 to date. The system includes a comprehensive search facility and browsing by case name and date. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. Materials contained in the database are selected and provided by the Commission.

Queensland Industrial Relations Commission

An AustLII database, providing free access to selected full-text decisions in HTML format of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission from 1999 to date. The system features full search facilities, alphabetical case name browse list, and list of recent cases. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. Materials contained in the database are selected and provided by the Commission.

Queensland Planning and Environmental Court decisions

An AustLII database, containing full-text decisions in HTML format from the Planning and Environment Court of Queensland from 1999 onwards. The system offers a comprehensive search facility and browsing by case name and date. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide free public access to primary legal materials. Materials contained in the database are selected and provided by the Court.

South Australian Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal decisions

An AustLII database providing free access to decisions of the South Australian Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal from 1988 to 2004. Basic and advanced search facilities are provided and cases can be browsed by year or name. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, was developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal material.
