Human Rights Tribunal - Quebec

Website for the Human Rights Tribunal of Quebec. The Tribunal was created in December 1990, comes under the judiciary system of Quebec, and has jurisdiction to hear and rule on complaints concerning discrimination, harassment and exploitation. The site is available in English and French versions, and contains a description of the Tribunal and how it works, together with links to a database of decisions from 1991 onwards in full-text HTML format on CanLII. The decisions are mostly in French, although there is a section in English in a separate file.

Administrative Appeals Tribunal

Web pages of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Australia. The Tribunal provides independent review of a wide range of administrative decisions made by the Australian Commonwealth Government and some non-governmental organisations. It provides services both to individuals and to government agencies. The site presents basic information about the Tribunal: its corporate plan, and a glossary of administrative law terms in plain English. The most recent decisions of the Tribunal are presented in full-text (HTML), and there is a link to the archive of decisions available via AUSTLII.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

Webpages of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia, founded in 1963, and remodelled under the 1991 Constitution of Slovenia. Under the Constitutional Court Act (1994), the Court is "the highest body of judicial authority for the protection of constitutionality, legality, human rights and basic freedoms" in Slovenia. This site presents basic information about the Court (history, powers, composition) and the full-text, in HTML, of the Constitution of Slovenia of 1991 and of the Constitutional Court Act of 1994.

Finland Supreme Administrative Court (Korkein Hallinto-Oikeus)

The website of the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland provides cases from 2002 onwards (in Swedish or Finnish) and selected case summaries in English from 2017 onwards. It also makes available the Court's annual reports, together with procedural and other information. The full site is available in Finnish and Swedish, with limited versions in Sami, English and French.

Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service is a Department of the Scottish Executive. It the Scottish department responsible for the prosecution of crime, the investigation of sudden or suspicious deaths, and the investigation of complaints against the police. The site outlines the work of the Service and an interactive map of Scotland provides details of the network of Regional Procurator Fiscal offices supporting each Sheriff Court district. Information is provided for crime victims and witnesses and details are provided about the work of the Victim Information and Advice Service.

Supreme Court of Delaware

Official website of the Supreme Court of the US State of Delaware. The site offers information about the Court's history, judges and committees. Copies of the Supreme Court rules and administrative directives can be downloaded from the site. Supreme Court orders and opinions are available on the site back to 2000 and can also be downloaded in full text.

World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center

Internet site for the World Intellectual Property Organization's Arbitration and Mediation Center. The Center was established in Geneva, Switzerland in 1994 to offer dispute resolution advisory services, particularly in international commercial disputes between private parties. The site publishes information about the Center, its work in arbitration and mediation and its staff. There are sections offering information on arbitration, mediation, expert determination and domain name dispute resolution. The sections include general information, decisions, fees and rules.

High Court of Australia

Website of the Australian High Court. The site provides summaries of new judgments, available on the day of the judgment; users can subscribe to these via RSS or email. The written submissions by the parties to a case are also available. The site provides a monthly bulletin which includes lists of pending cases, cases reserved for judgment, cases granted special leave to appeal and so on. Rules, forms and practice directions are available to download and there is a link to full text judgmnets of the Court on AustLII.

New Zealand Human Rights Commission

Website of the Human Rights Commission in New Zealand, offering background information on the function, personnel and organisation of the Commission with notes on the complaints process. The site offers opinions and decisions on complaints, texts of research papers, reports and submissions from the HRC and electronic versions of press releases, publications, and recent human rights speeches and addresses. Information is also provided on the international human rights movement with links to other human rights sites. Interfaces for a range of languages are provided.
