The agency is accountable to the Legislature through the Minister of Citizenship. The site provides general information about the Commission and about the various rights Ontarians are entitled to. A database of Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) decisions, notices and orders (DNOs). Reporting to Parliament through the Minister of Canadian Heritage, the CRTC is "an independent agency responsible for regulating Canada's broadcasting and telecommunications systems."
