Internet site providing general information on the aims and work of the Dalhousie Health Justice Institute at Dalhousie University - an interdisciplinary Institute of the Faculties of Law, Medicine, Health Professions, and Dentistry with a focus on health law and policy. The site also provides descriptions of health law and policy programmes and courses provided in Dalhousie University, details of the Institute's projects and links to related websites. Full text annual reports from 1996-7 onwards can be downloaded from the site.

Government of Nunavut

Official site of the Government of Nunavut, Canada, a territory established in the 1990s in recognition of the rights and land claims of the Inuit, the territory's indigenous people. Nunavut officially joined the federation of Canada in 1999. The website provides general information about the history, people, culture and government of Nunavut, with links to the Legislative Assembly and other government departments. The information is also available in French, Inuktitut and Inuinnaqtun. The site includes an option to down-load the Pigiarniq fonts needed to view Inuktitut.

Judgements of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia

An AustLII (Australasian Legal Information Institute) database providing selected judgements of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia from 2013 onwards. Judgement texts are selected and provided by the Court, and most of the material is then provided via AustLII which offers full search facilities and alphabetical browse listing. AustLII has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

Family Court of Australia Cases

An AustLII database containing judgments of the Family Court of Australia from 1976 onwards. Cases by be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, was developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

Legislative Assembly of Nunavut

Official website of the Legislative Assembly of Nunavut province in Canada. The site contains bills, debates and proceedings of the Legislative Assembly (Hansard), reports of standing committees, and a link to the Nunavut Legislative Library catalogue. The site has English and Inuktitut versions; some items are also in French and/or Innuinaqtun

Canadian Institute of Resources Law

Internet website providing general information about the Canadian Institute of Resource Law which was formed in 1979 by the University of Calgary to undertake and promote research in Canadian resource law and environmental issues. The website provides background details of the Institute's mandate, governance and management structure, with staff profiles and contacts list. Publications include reports, papers and conference proceedings, some of which are available in full text online.

Osgoode Hall Law Journal

Online version of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, which is produced by Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada. First published in 1958, the journal is available on this website from 1994 onwards. It publishes scholarly articles on a range of legal topics relating to Canadian, international and comparative law. The website offers browsing by author, title or volume number and there is a basic search facility.

Transcrime, the Research Centre on Transnational Crime, is based in the Department of Law at the University of Trento in Italy.  Its website gives an overview of the Centre's projects. The Publications page provides some titles in full and others with abstracts only. The site, including the publications, is in both English and Italian.
