Canon Law Literature
Bibliography on Canon law compiled by Ulrich Rhode, Professor of Canon Law at Sankt Georgen Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology in Germany. The bibliography contains links to bibliographic databases, periodicals and book series. The periodicals section is divided into current titles and titles which have ceased publication. Records give the date and place of publication and a link to the website where available. The book series section only includes titles with a website. Many of the resources linked to are available in Italian or German. A few are available in English.
The Sunnah: Practice and Law (Shari'ah and Madh'habs)
Resource guide to Islamic law produced by professor Alan Godlas of the Department of Religion at the University of Georgia. Outlines the 'Five Pillars of Islam' providing background information, quotes from the Qur'an and annotated links to online resources dealing with each theme. There is also background and links to information about the sunnah (practice of the prophet Muhammad) and the Sunni madh'hab (schools of law). A selection of links to other articles and materials on Islamic law is also given.

Hungarian Intellectual Property Office
The website of the Hungarian Patent Office provides guidance and legal information on obtaining patents and trademarks in Hungary. Copies of Hungarian laws and regulations are provided online along with contact details of Hungarian patent agents. The site also includes information on plant variety protection, utility model protection, trademarks, designs and copyright issues in Hungary. The Hungarian Industrial Property Database, which has information on patents, utility models, trademarks and designs protected in Hungary, is free to search on the site.
Consulta Online
Consulta Online is a website providing information about the Italian Constitutional Court, produced by Professor Pasquale Costanzo of the University of Genoa. The site has full-text decisions of the Constitutional Court back to 1970. The Italian Constitution also available, along with other constitutional laws. There are also links to related websites. The site is almost wholly in Italian only, but background notes about the Court, and copies of the Constitution, are provided in English, French, German and Arabic.
Italian Constitutional Court
Official website of the Italian Constitutional Court. This site includes information about the work of the court including brief biographical details of its President, Vice President and judges. A calendar of public hearings and closed sessions is given along with court pronouncements and summaries (in Italian only) of judgements back to 1956. Recent judgements (from 2006 onwards), felt to be of interest to foreign users, can be viewed in English in full text.
