Carey Olsen
Carey Olsen is a Channel Islands law firm which covers a range of practice areas, including company and commercial, banking and financial, restructuring and insolvency, trusts, property, employment, competition, litigation and dispute resolution. The Publications section of its website provides a collection of articles produced by the firm on the law of Jersey and Guernsey, together with summaries of recent Jersey and Guernsey judgments. It is possible to subscribe for email delivery of publications on selected topics.

HM Land Registry
The Land Registry is a non-ministerial department of the UK Government. Its main purpose is to register title to land in England and Wales and to record dealings once the land is registered. The website provides a searchable register of title deeds, downloadable data, a collection of land registration practice guides, reports, forms, house price data and other information.
LawTroves
LawTroves are a selection of legal resource guides compiled by United States law firm Swiggart & Agin, LLC. The guides are focused on Massachusetts law and cover bankruptcy, corporate law, real estate and trademark and domain names. Each LawTrove provides access to FAQs, legislation, organisations, reading lists and other legal resources.
Land and Property Services
Website of the Land and Property Services (formerly Land Registers of Northern Ireland) a government agency whose purpose is to "record accurate details of legal interest in land in Northern Ireland". The service is made up of three registries- the Statutory Charges Registry, the Land Registry and the Registry of Deeds. The site explains the land registration systems in Northern Ireland and how to carry out searches. There is a glossary of terms and a selection of FAQs.
Scottish Land Court
The Scottish Land Court is based in Edinburgh and deals with farming and agricultural tenancy disputes. The site provides historical information about the court and links to legislation establishing the court's jurisdiction. There is information on making an application to the court and the appropriate forms are available to download. Details of hearings, court fees and rules and practice notices are also given.
New South Wales Land and Environment Court
The New South Wales Land and Environment Court (LEC) is a specialist court dealing with environmental, development, building and planning disputes. There is information about the court including a list of judges and commissioners and a selection of information sheets which can be downloaded in Word or HTML. The site includes information about the LEC's jurisdiction and provides links to full-text laws that grant the Court jurisdiction.
