Florida Law Online

An independent website developed by attorney James H. Wyman as a service for lawyers, students and the public. The site is a gateway to online legal information relating to the U.S. State of Florida. It covers Florida case law, court rules and forms; Florida laws (including the Constitution); the Florida Executive (including opinions of the Attorney General); the legislative process (including bills and legislative rules); municipal codes and ordinances; legal journals; and legal directories. The interface allows this information to be either searched or browsed.

NATLEX database

NATLEX is a database of information about national labour, social security and related human rights laws in over 190 countries and more than 160 territories. It is maintained by the International Labour Organization's International Labour Standards Department. The records consist of abstracts and bibliographic details, with links to the full text of the laws where possible. NATLEX can be browsed by country or by subject and has a search facility. It is in English, French or Spanish, but the abstracts are not always available in all three languages.

Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories: Bills/Legislation

The website of the Legislative Assemby of the Northwest Territories (NWT), Canada, provides the full text of NWT bills from 2003 onwards, together with bill summaries and information about the progress of current bills. The site also includes acts governing the Assembly and a link to a database of consolidated NWT statutes, regulations and court rules on the website of the NWT Department of Justice.

Statutes and Regulations of Newfoundland and Labrador

A collection of Statutes and Regulations provided by the Office of the Legislative Counsel on the website of the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly. Includes consolidated statutes and regulations, with a search facility; statutes and regulations consolidated to specific points in time; statutes as enacted (1990 onwards); regulations as originally published (1996 onwards); and tables of statutes and regulations.

Statutes of Prince Edward Island

Collection of statutes provided by the Legislative Counsel Office on the official website of the Government of Prince Edward Island, Canada. This site contains the full-text of the statutes of Prince Edward Island, presented in an alphabetical list by title, by Department and including a keyword search engine. Texts offered on the site are unofficial consolidations of statutes prepared by the Office of the Legislative Counsel, and are in PDF.

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Website presenting the text of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, included on the official site of the Department of Justice Canada. The Charter is an important statement of human rights policy and is enacted as Schedule B to the Constitution Act 1982 (1982, c.79). In the UK, the Charter is Schedule B to the Canada Act 1982 (1982, c.11). The Charter is presented on the site in English and French language versions in HTML format.

Juridisk Nettviser

A resource site and Internet gateway service giving access in particular to Norwegian primary and secondary legal materials on the Internet as well as providing comprehensive link collections covering other Nordic countries (including Denmark, Finland, Greenland, Iceland and Sweden, other jurisdictions round the world and international and European law in general.) The service has been developed as a joint project by the Law faculties at the Universities of Oslo, Bergen and Tromso in Norway.

Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong

Website of the Intellectual Property Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The site has information arranged under the following headings: trademarks; patents; design and copyright including laws, circulars, practical information for users and FAQs. There is also organisational information about the Department as a whole and notices from the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Journal relating to trademarks, patents and designs. There is background information on intellectual property and how to apply for registration in Hong Kong.

National Human Rights Commission, India

Website of the National Human Rights Commission, India. A body set up by Indian statute in 1993, the Commission has a legal mandate to protect and promote human rights in India. The site includes information on the composition of the Commission and a full-text copy of the Protection of Human Rights Act 1993.There are selected human rights case summaries and details of programmes of work being undertaken by the Commission covering issues such as the abolition of bonded labour, the right to food and the rights of the disabled.
