Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

Webpages of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia, founded in 1963, and remodelled under the 1991 Constitution of Slovenia. Under the Constitutional Court Act (1994), the Court is "the highest body of judicial authority for the protection of constitutionality, legality, human rights and basic freedoms" in Slovenia. This site presents basic information about the Court (history, powers, composition) and the full-text, in HTML, of the Constitution of Slovenia of 1991 and of the Constitutional Court Act of 1994.

Alaska Court System : Recent Supreme Court Decisions

Recent opinions for the Supreme Court in the US State of Alaska are provided on the State Government website, and on the Alaska Legal Resource Center site. Decisions are listed in date order on the State site, commencing with the most recent judgments. The list gives case number and name linking to full text in PDF format. Zipped and compressed file formats are also available. Decisions are removed from the site once they appear in print in the Pacific Reporter 2nd series.

Opinions of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas Court of Appeals

State website publishing opinions from the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas Court of Appeals. Opinions are arranged by date and can be viewed back to 1996 on the site. The full text opinions are provided in HTML and WordPerfect 5.1 formats. The service is maintained by the Librarians of the Arkansas Supreme Court in cooperation with the Reporter of Decisions.

Supreme Court of Delaware

Official website of the Supreme Court of the US State of Delaware. The site offers information about the Court's history, judges and committees. Copies of the Supreme Court rules and administrative directives can be downloaded from the site. Supreme Court orders and opinions are available on the site back to 2000 and can also be downloaded in full text.

Triblex

Triblex is the case law database of the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization (ILO) which hears complaints from serving and former officials of the ILO and other international organisations. The judgements are given in full and can be browsed by session, organisation or subject or searched by keyword or judgement number. It is also possible to search judgements of the Administrative Tribunal of the League of Nations (1927 to 1946) – the forerunner of the Administrative Tribunal of the ILO. The site and judgements can be viewed in English or French.

Florida State Courts: Opinions, Rules and Other Court Documents

Official Court site offering free access to the text of opinions and other documents from the US State of Florida. Opinions from the Florida State Supreme Court and the District Courts of Appeal are given with varying back runs. The Florida Rules of Procedure are also offered by the service. Other documents provided include the Code of Judicidal Conduct, reports of the Office of Inspector General and family law forms and rules. Documents are published in PDF.

Tribunal Constitucional

Web pages of the Tribunal Constitucional, the Spanish Constitutional Court. The site describes the history and work of the Court. It also provides a database of judgments, a selection of judgments translated into English and the Spanish Constitution translated into English, French, German, Italian, Catalan, Basque, Valencian and Galician. There are English- and French-language interfaces, but most of the site content is in Spanish.

Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia

Web pages in English of the Supreme Court of Estonia, which derives its powers and competence from the Constitution of Estonia of 1992, and which had its first open session in May 1993. The site presents basic information about the Court: its composition, its two chambers (the Constitutional Review Chamber and the Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law Chamber), its appeals selection process, its history, and legal foundation and competence. It gives statistics on the number of applications and judgements made between 1993 and 1997.
