Comparative civil procedure: a guide to primary and secondary sources
Online guide to comparative civil procedure research. The guide was originally written in 2009 by Radu D. Popa, Assistant Dean and Director of NYU Law Library, and Mirela Roznovschi, Reference Librarian for International and Foreign Law at NYU Law Library and was updated in 2023 by Louis Myers who is a Foreign, Comparative, and International Law Librarian with the Law Library of Congress.

The Centre for Comparative and Public Law, based at the University of Hong Kong, conducts research in the fields of comparative and public law. Its website provides details of conferences, lectures and training courses held by the Centre and makes available its occasional papers, conference papers and other publications. There is also information about the Centre's research projects.
European Journal of Legal Studies
The European Journal of Legal Studies (EJLS) is an open access peer-reviewed electronic journal covering comparative, international and European law and legal theory. It was launched by the Law Department of the European University Institute in April 2007. EJLS is a multilingual publication, but a large proportion of the articles are in English. It can be browsed by issue and there is also a search facility.

Published on New York University's Globalex website, it gives background information to the US anti-terrorism legislation passed following the 9/11 terror attacks, including the Patriot Act, the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act (ATSSSA) and the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA).

Website of the Institute of European and Comparative Private Law (formerly the Observatory of European and Comparative Private Law) at the University of Girona in Spain. Gives an overview of ongoing research - including PhD research - and involvement in international research groups. Has details of courses and events and lists of publications.
InDret
InDret is a peer-reviewed online journal published quarterly by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain. Available online from 2000 onwards, it focuses on private law, criminal law, criminology and administrative law. Articles can be browsed by year and issue number, or a list of the most-downloaded articles can be displayed; there is also a search facility. The website can be viewed in English, Spanish or Catalan, but most of the articles are in Spanish and/or Catalan.
