Anti-Discrimination Tribunal Queensland
An AustLII database, containing decisions of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Tribunal from 1992 to 2009. Cases can be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, was been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal material. Since 2009, discrimination case have ben heard by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (work-related complaints) or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (all other complaints).

Law and Regulation section of Australia’s web archive, PANDORA. Provides a collection of hundreds of archived websites and resources on the subject of law and regulation, including Australian government websites (both federal and provincial) and the Australian Bar Association website, as well as individual official reports, collections of legislation and other publications. Each archived site or publication in the Law and Regulation section of PANDORAis listed in alphabetical order.

JADE
Australasian Colonial Legal History Library
This freely available online service includes databases of Australasian legal history accessible via AustLII. In addition to pre-1900 primary legislation and case materials from New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia, the Library features articles from law journals and legal scholarship concerning the Colonial Period. The Library is being developed by AustLII in collaboration with NZLII as part of an ARC funded infrastructure (LIEF) grant entitled "The Australasian Legal History Library".
Aboriginal law and legislation
A set of links to legislation, law reports and other materials relating to the aboriginal law of Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. The site is produced by Ontario barrister and solicitor Bill Henderson.
Parliament of Australia
The Australian Parliament website has information from the Senate, the House of Representatives and the Parliamentary Library. The documents available include bills, parliamentary debates, standing and sessional orders and a full list of members of both houses. The Information and Research section contains historical lists of members of parliament, governors and prime ministers; election results; factsheets; and procedural guides. The Publications page includes, among other things, an index to parliamentary papers from 1992 onwards.
Australian Government: Department of Immigration and Citizenship
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship is the Australian government body which handles issues relating to immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees in Australia. Its website gives an overview of the work of the department as well as providing the full-text of its most recent press releases and annual report. Also available is information on Australian government policy towards immigrants, including transcripts of speeches relating to migration made by the Minister for Immigration and details of aid programmes offered to new immigrants/refugees.

The Australian Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade home page provides access to a wealth of official information about the foreign policy and trade policy of Australia. It includes press releases from the foreign secretary and other trade ministers, ministerial speech transcripts and a database of policy documents, reports and full text treaties.
