Judgements of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia

An AustLII (Australasian Legal Information Institute) database providing selected judgements of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia from 2013 onwards. Judgement texts are selected and provided by the Court, and most of the material is then provided via AustLII which offers full search facilities and alphabetical browse listing. AustLII has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

Family Court of Australia Cases

An AustLII database containing judgments of the Family Court of Australia from 1976 onwards. Cases by be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. Canadian Institute of Resources Law

Internet website providing general information about the Canadian Institute of Resource Law which was formed in 1979 by the University of Calgary to undertake and promote research in Canadian resource law and environmental issues. The website provides background details of the Institute's mandate, governance and management structure, with staff profiles and contacts list. Publications include reports, papers and conference proceedings, some of which are available in full text online.

Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory Decisions

A free database containing decisions of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) from 1986 onwards. Cases can be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. The database is part of AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, which was developed by the University of Technology, Sydney, to provide public access to primary legal material.

Resolution Institute

Website of the Resolution Institute, an organisation formed following a merger between the Australian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators (IAMA) and the Leading Edge Alternative Dispute Resolvers (LEADR). The Resolution Institute is a non profit membership organisation promoting arbitration and facilitating the sharing of knowledge about alternative dispute settlement throughout associated professions and industries. The site provides membership information including training, qualifications, events etc.
