Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy

The Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy is published irregularly by students at the University of Kansas School of Law. The aim of the journal is to explore "how the law shapes public policy choices and how public policy choices shape the law". The Journal contains scholarly articles, and recent issues are made freely available in PDF format. Recent subjects covered include safety in US schools, government lawyer ethics and information disclosures by government. The site also provides editor details and subscription information.

Commonwealth Ombudsman Australia

Website of the Australian Commonwealth Ombudsman whose role is to "investigate complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably by a Commonwealth Government department or agency". The site provides guidance to resolving complaints and disputes and full-text copies of the Ombudsman's investigations. These are available online back to 1997 and are presented in PDF.

Eipascope

Journal published by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), covering all aspects of European Union administration. Previously on the EIPA website, the journal is now available from 1992 to 2012 from the Archive of European Integration, an online service run by the University of Pittsburgh in the United States.

Canada Watch : practical and authoritative analysis of key national and international issues

Canada Watch is serial produced by the Robarts Centre for Canadian Studies and the Osgoode Hall Centre for Public Law and Public Policy. Designed for both academic and non-academic audiences, it covers Canadian studies, public law and public policy issues and some international matters. It is available online from 1999 (vol. 7, issue 3) onwards.

Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies

The Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, Italy, is part of the European University Institute, and carries out research in Law, Economics, History and Civilisation, and Social and Political Sciences, focusing on European issues, in particular European integration. Its website gives details of current research activities and contains a number of publications and papers, in French and English, as well as news updates.

Public Law Project

The Public Law Project (PLP) is a UK-based legal charity whose aim is to improve access to justice in public law matters. The site provides information about the PLP and its work, including research, casework and training. Background information is given about public law is and there are leaflets on topics such as judicial review and making a complaint to the Ombudsman. Research reports, articles and press releases can be downloaded from the site.
