The guide was published in 2005 (and updated in 2019) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The guide provides general historical information and background to the legal system in Albania. There is an outline of the legislative process and information on the role of the executive and legislative bodies and the courts system.
