Online guide to legal information in Bosnia and Herzegovina written by Mirela Rozajac-Zuleiae who is an Expert Counselor in the Library of Law faculty in Sarajevo. The guide was published in 2005 and updated in 2022 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School at the New York University School of Law. The guide provides an introduction to the legal system in Bosnia and Herzegovina along with general and historical information about the state. The author explains the role of and provides links to the various government institutions including the Parliamentary Assembly, Constitutional Court, Presidency and Council of Ministers and the Office of High Representative (OHR).
