The article was published in 2018 and updated in 2022 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The article provides background information on the organisation of the state and the 2009 Constitution highlighting the different branches of government and the territorial and economic structures of the state. Links to official primary and secondary sources of Bolivian law are also given.
