The guide was published in 2005 (and updated in 2017 by Brigitte Barotanyi) on the Globalex website and is made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. Information provided on the Austrian legal system deals with public law, private law, criminal law and the Austrian court system.
