This is the full text online edition of the US law school journal published up to five times a year. Online version begins with Volume 48, No. 1, Fall 1996. The journal aims to contribute to information exchange and development of legal scholarship through the medium of the Internet. It covers a full range of legal issues including constitutional law, law reform, and ethics from US and international perspectives, "building on a rich tradition of scholarship aimed at exploring issues of national as well as local significance to scholars, legislators, jurists, and practitioners." The Online Edition is managed and published exclusively by students at the University of Alabama School of Law. The site gives details of how to submit articles, and also subscription details for the hard copy version.
