Lois sur la nationalité des pays et territoires européens

Table of links to domestic European legislation on nationality and private international law (in the original language), together with links to relevant case law, bibliographies and to translations of the primary or secondary materials. Many European countries and former Soviet states are included in the table. Also includes information about the nationality laws of Mexico, the Philippines and the Republic of Korea. Last updated in 2019, the page is in French and is maintained by lawyer Andy Grossman as a supplement to his book "Lois sur la Nationalité des Pays et Territoires Européens".

SECLaw.com

An online guide to securities law in the United States aiming to provide the "Internet community" with information "regarding the law as it relates to the United States financial markets, and those who participate in those markets - stock brokers and investors". The site contains selected reports published by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and features headlines and current new items from the SEC. SECLaw was developed by Mark J. Astarita, partner in a US law firm specialising in securities law.

BIJUS: Dokumentarische Schnittstelle zweier Rechtskulturen

BIJUS is a joint project between the Universities of Saarland in Germany and Nancy in France to promote communication between French and German lawyers. The first part is a bibliography to enable German lawyers to search for books on French law by using terms in German. The reverse is available in French. The second part provides a small selection of full-text key legislation in both French and German. All information is freely available and does not require registration or payment.

Japanese Law and Government

Website presenting links to Japanese legal resources maintained by the School of Law, Tohoku University in Japan. The pages are in English but include links to resources which are available in Japanese only. The resources are listed under the following headings: Japanese law; legal publishers; law journals; law schools; legal organisations; links to legal scholars; research institutes; government and university sites.

Sénat: Liens

The Links ('Liens') page on the website of the French Senate offers links to French legislation, the courts of France and jurisprudence, French local authorities, European law, political parties represented in the Senate, and international institutions. Among the legislation links are the full-text of the Constitution, the Journal Officiel and the consolidated texts of major legislation. The courts links include the Cour de Cassation, le Conseil d'Etat and the Cour des Comptes.

Compliance Exchange

Website of the Compliance Exchange which acts as an "online research facility for compliance officers and other professionals engaged in the business of managing investments". The site provides news and links to UK financial services information along with links to the investment and securities regulators and to stock exchanges, financial services associations around the world. An online rulebook offers links to the relevant documents covering UK financial services regulations and rules.

Legal Island

Legal Island website, providing links to solicitors firms, bar councils, legal databases including those containing legislation, court judgments and sites to assist those engaged in legal research concerning the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The site provides an index of linked resources for both jurisdictions. The pages are maintained by Legal Island Ltd., a company involved in legal conferencing, training and information delivery.

European Information

A collection of annotated links to resources of interest to those researching and studying the European Union and to research sponsored by the European Community. The site was created in 2010 by the European Documentation Centre at the University of Exeter's Law Library. Thailand Law Source

A website providing information about the Thai legal system and related topics. The site is maintained by Jonathan Leeds (a Bangkok-based practitioner and an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University) and a small team of academic and professional colleagues. The site hosts the Online Thailand Law Journal publishing a selection of full-text articles considering legal issues in Thailand. The Thailand Law Links section provides a reference point to access legal resources and related services within Thailand.
