Droit.org is a legal news portal that brings together news stories from a wide range of websites, publications and legal blogs throughout the world, although the emphasis is on French law and the site is in French only. Droit.org is a member of the Free Access to Law Movement (FALM), which supports free access to legal information. News stories can be viewed by subject - e.g. business, taxation, family, civil, employment, IT and internet law - and by type - e.g.

The Luxembourg Government

The official website of the Luxembourg government. The website contains information about the political system in Luxembourg as well as government publications, documents and news. It also includes a section listing government ministries, outlining the ‘mission’ of each ministry and providing contact details. The site can be viewed in French, German, English and Luxembourgish.

Moroccan Chamber of Representatives

The official website for the chamber of representatives of Morocco (available in French, Arabic, Spanish and English). Includes draft laws and related documents, together with information about the progress of legislation; the Electoral Code; the Constitution; and royal speeches. Provides details of the composition of the current parliament and lists of previous members. Contains a timeline of the history of the Moroccan parliament.

National Assembly of Madagascar

The website for the National Assembly of Madagascar ( in French). Details the history of the Assembly and lists its members and committees. Also contains laws from 1999 onwards, draft laws and other publications. Has a developing archive section containing commission reports and records of Assembly proceedings (some of these documents are in Malagasy).

Le Maroc Juridique

Online guide to Moroccan law written by Ahmed Zejjari who has a Ph.D. in Public Law from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse. The guide was published in 2015 on the Globalex Website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author provides an introduction to Morocco and an outline of the country’s political and legal systems. Links are given to government and other official websites, recommended legal resources and to government websites providing access to legislation. The guide is available in French.

LegiGlobe

French-language website providing an introduction to about 150 of the world’s legal systems, together with an overview of many comparative law topics and introductions to selected. international organisations. LegiGlobe is an initiative of the Réseau Francophone de Diffusion du Droit (RF2D), supported by the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie. The website can be browsed by country, international organisation or comparative law topic. There is also a site index and a collection of useful links.

NIPC Gulf

Blog about intellectual property and commercial law in the Gulf states, by English barrister and arbitrator Jane Lambert. Discusses recent cases and other legal developments, events and other matters. A Twitter feed is available.
