Monaco Lawyer

A resource site and blog proving access to information about Monaco law including topics such as financial services, intellectual property, investment, residency, and taxation. The site is sponsored by the Monaco office of international law firm Berg and Duffy, LLP. The site includes selected legislation in original French text, unofficial translation into English and official translations where they are available. Information is freely available on site which also offers a login account facility for the blog.

Translations of selected Monaco treaties made freely available in the Monaco information section of Berg and Duffy, LLP website - international lawyers with offices in Monaco. The site aims to provide unofficial translations of treaty texts and analysis alongside official translations where they are available. Content includes comment on the treaty on cooperation and relations between Monaco and France signed October 24, 2002, that materially revised their July 17, 1918 treaty. Some described texts on the site are still to be supplied.

Cyberspace Law

Online guide to cyberspace law made freely available on the Legalmatch website. Legalmatch is a US based lawyer directory. The guide has annotated links to articles, reports, bibliographies, news sites and other guides to internet law. The links are organised under the following headings: commerce; cyber-crime; freedom of expression; privacy and intellectual property. The emphasis is on United States law throughout.

Laws of South Sudan

Web page providing information on the Constitution and laws of South Sudan. The site is hosted by the Gurtong Trust a not-for-profit peace and media project based in South Sudan. There is a guide to the legal system in Southern Sudan and full text legislation including a copy of the 2005 Interim Constitution. There is also information on the customary laws of South Sudan, its judiciary and court system.

Child Support Agency

The Child Support Agency (CSA) in the UK is part of the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission. It has responsibility for ensuring that parents who live apart from their children contribute financially to their upkeep by paying child maintenance. Its website provides information on its function (including changes to its role introduced with the creation of the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission in 2008). It also includes press releases, annual reports and regulations relating to child maintenance payments.

Government Press, Sri Lanka

The website of the Sri Lankan government printer makes available acts from 1980 onwards, bills from 2003 onwards and the official gazette from March 2006 onwards. These documents are generally available in Sinhala, Tamil and English, but some are only in one or two of these languages. Tender notices are also available.

Parliament of Singapore

The website of the Parliament of Singapore provides minutes of parliamentary proceedings from November 2006 onwards, recent select committee reports, bills from 2002 onwards and other official publications. Background information about the institution is also available.

National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

This is the official website of the Nigerian parliament. It provides information on the work, membership and structure of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Reports of Assembly proceedings (Hansard), details of current bills, order papers and notices are available on the site; publications of the Policy Analysis and Research Project are also provided. There is an archive of older documentation.
