The South Sudan Peace Process Archive is a project of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). The project focuses on the negotiations of 2013 – 2015 that attempted to end the conflict that began in South Sudan in late 2013. An overview and interactive timeline of the conflict and peace process is given on the site. The archive includes agreements, statements, progress reports, draft proposals, correspondence and other relevant documents which can be searched by date, author, type or keyword. Online guide to the law of South Sudan, which became a sovereign nation in 2011, written by Paul Mertenskoetter who is a Juris Doctor candidate at the New York University School of Law and Dong Samuel Luak who is Secretary-General of the South Sudan Law Society. The guide was published in 2012 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The authors provide background information to South Sudan and an outline of the 2011 transitional Constitution.
