Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
DOAJ is a gateway to open-access scholarly journals, covering all areas of science, technology, medicine, social science, humanities and law. To be included in the directory a journal must be full text, free of charge and must be peer-reviewed or subject to editorial quality-control. Journals and their articles are classified using a Library of Congress tree structure that can be browsed or searched. Around 800 law journals are included.
Pretoria University Law Press (PULP)
PULP is an open-access publisher based at the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria. This page provides information on PULP’s publications along with links to free PDF versions. Titles include the most recent editions of the African Disability Rights Yearbook, African Human Rights Yearbook and the PULP Guide: Where to publish articles on the law.
Free Access to Law Movement (FALM)
The Free Access to Law Movement is a global association of organisations involved in the free dissemination of legal information, such as the Australasian Legal Information Institute and the British and Irish Legal Information Institute. FALM’s website provides the text of the Declaration on Free Access to Law, minutes of meetings and details of FALM’s ‘Law via the Internet’ conferences. There is also a link to the Journal of Open Access to Law, which is affiliated with FALM.
Parliament of Canada
The website of the Parliament of Canada provides information about the work, organisation and history of the Canadian Senate, House of Commons and parliamentary committees. Details of current legislation and the work of previous sessions are given. Debates and committee minutes are available from 1996 onwards and bills or acts from 1994 onwards . Other official publications on the site include committee reports and minutes of committee proceedings. There is a directory of current Members of both Houses. The About Parliament section includes historical and procedural information.

Journal Officiel - lois et décrets
The Journal Officiel is the daily official publication of the laws and decrees of the French Republic. It is available in French from two different websites. The full text of the current issue is free on the Journal Officiel website, in HTML; this site also gives a history of the Journal, and some guidance on finding back issues.
Minnesota Office of the Revisor of Statutes
The Minnesota Office of the Revisor of Statutes is a legislative office providing services to the Minnesota State Legislature, and to other state offices and agencies. Services include drafting and amending bills and other legislative documents, drafting and adopting administrative rules, and editing and publishing the Laws of Minnesota. The Office of the Revisor of Statutes of Maine State Legislature is responsible for the drafting and editing of legislation for the state of Maine in the United States. The Revisor's Office also maintains a database of statutes, and publishes the statutes online. Service Central de Législation
Website of the Luxembourg official legislation publisher. As well as publishing the Mémorial (official gazette and legislation), the Service has published the Constitution of Luxembourg and the human rights legislation in force in Luxembourg, and both of these are available on this site in PDF, in French. The Service's annual reports (Rapports d'acitivité) are available from 1999 onwards. These include chapters on the legislative process in Luxembourg, statistics on laws passed, and the Service's publications programme for that year.
