Computerisation of Law Resources

An AustLII database containing almost 150 journal articles, reports and conference papers on the computerisation of legal resources and legal tasks. Subjects covered include legal inferencing systems, retrieval systems, litigation support systems, computerised legal research techniques, standards for legal information, and public policy on access to law. There is also a collection of publications about AustLII. The database can be browsed alphabetically by author or searched by keyword; materials provided date from 1993 to 2020.

Cybercrime law

Website edited by international cybercrime expert and retired judge Stein Schjolberg. Provides cybercrime news up to 2018, together with a collection of papers on the subject from 2007 to 2014.

ITU Cybersecurity Activities

Center for Legal and Court Technology

Website of the Center for Legal and Court Technology (CLCT), a joint project of William & Mary Law School in Virginia and the National Center for State Courts. The site gives details of the CLCT research, conferences and training courses on courtroom technology. It also includes a podcast, 'Exhibit AI', a collection of papers on technological topics, and a monthly cybersecurity newsletter.

Out-Law.Com

Out-Law.Com is an IT and IP law website which provides guides, articles, legal news and sample forms for IT, new media and e-commerce companies. It is produced by international law firm Pinsent Masons. The online guides are grouped by business area, including consultancy, e-commerce, games and media. Specific guides within these groups cover issues such as branding, intellectual property, regulations and tax. The guides also feature articles and sample documents.
