Last updated in 2018, the guide is published on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The FSA works in connection with the Bank of Finland, but is independent and takes its mandate from the Act on FSA of 1993 (included in an English-language version).
