Official website of the Judiciary of the Seychelles, covering a range of different courts, including the Supreme Court, the Appeal Court and the Constitutional Court, as well as employment and family law. The site provides information about the structure and organisation of the court system in the Seychelles and about the individual courts.

Transparency Project

The aim of the Transparency Project is to improve public understanding of the family justice system in England and Wales. Its website provides a range of guidance notes that explain issues relating to family law and the family courts. Topics covered include common law marriage, remote court hearings and the use of experts in family court cases. There is a blog with updates on cases in the family courts. Information is also provided for journalists and bloggers, including a guide to the rules on reporting family court proceedings.

Child Protection Resource

Child Protection Resource is a site providing information about the child protection system and law in the UK; it is aimed at professionals and users of the service and is written by family lawyer Sarah Phillimore. The site explains key elements of the practice area, such as Secure Accommodation Orders, Section 20 Agreements, and commonly used orders, such as Interim Care Orders and Special Guardianship Orders.

LexisNexis Blogs

This section of the LexisNexis website hosts blogs on a range of practice areas, including dispute resolution, the future of law, corporate law, family law, financial services, insolvency law and the built environment. Contributors include practising lawyers and LexisNexis' editors.

UN Women's Family Law Database

This database maps laws from around the world relating to women’s status in the family and society. Launched in July 2018, it is under development by the Global Women's Leadership Project (GWLP) at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, in association with UN Women. In its first phase the database covers the laws of African, European and Latin American jurisdictions as well as Israel, India and Pakistan; work is continuing on Middle Eastern jurisdictions.

Ukrainian Family Law

Website of Ukrainian Family Law, a specialist law firm based in Kiev in Ukraine. The site has a selection of free articles covering a range of topics including divorce, child support, adoption, marriage, annulment and common law marriage. There is also Ukrainian legislation relevant to family law provided on the site. This section includes the Constitution of Ukraine, the Family Code of Ukraine and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Online guide to family law in Ukraine written by staff from Ukrainian law firm A.G.A. Partners and published and made freely available on the Thomson Reuters Practical Law database. The guide gives an outline of the law making reference to key primary sources covering divorce, children, pre and post nuptial agreements, foreign marriages, surrogacy and adoption, cohabitation, civil partnerships and same sex marriage.

Legal Research Guide: Maori Customary Law

Research guide on Maori customary law by Kelly Buchanan of the Library of Congress in the United States. Gives a historical introduction to the subject and explains the current situation. Provides an annotated bibliography of sources for researching Maori customary law, including land law, natural resources law, family law and criminal justice. Gives numerous links to the journal articles, reports and papers listed.
