This website provides summaries of court decisions relating to the internet and new media. It is compiled by Martin Samson, a partner in the New York law firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP. The decisions are organised alphabetically by subject and within these categories by case name.
Website of the judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago. This site includes details about the Supreme Court and the Magistracy, including the administration of justice in Trinidad and Tobago, and the appointment of the judiciary. Also available are judgments of the Court of Appeal and the High Court back to 1997. The Law Library section of the site provides a database of case summaries from the 1990s onwards, many of which have links to the full judgment.
Website of the Conseil de la Concurrence, the French Competition Council. The Council advises the French Government on competition, and exercises jurisdiction when market competition is distorted. It investigates cartel agreements, abuses of dominant position and low price fixing, as reported to it by government, firms, local authorities, trade associations or other organisations. The site includes details of the Council's organisational and legislative background and an outline of its procedure. The Commercial Code and laws relevant to the Competition Council are included on the site.
