Website of eLawExchange a United States based web resource produced by Michael Arkfeld who is author of the treatise Arkfeld on Electronic Discovery and Evidence. The site is aimed at the elaw community and is concerned with the discovery of electronic information. The site includes a searchable database of e-discovery case law and rules from all US states, links to litigation related websites and a directory of individuals and companies that provide e-discovery services and consulting.

Indian Journal of Law and Technology

Website of the Indian Journal of Law and Technology (IJLT) a student run journal published by the Law and Technology Committee of the Student Bar Association at the National Law School of India University. IJLT was founded in August 2004 to provide a forum for the discussion of ¶domestic and international legal issues on technology÷. The journal has articles, notes, commentary and features on current developments covering e-commerce, cyber crime, biotechnology, bioethics and intellectual property. The emphasis is on issues affecting developing nations.

International Journal of Cyber Criminology

Website of the International Journal of Cyber Criminology (IJCC), a peer reviewed, interdisciplinary journal focusing on "cyber crime, cyber criminal behavior, cyber victims, cyber laws and cyber investigations". The journal is published twice a year by the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in India. The IJCC is made freely available online in full text (PDF) and is included in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).

Slaw

Canadian online law magazine, incorporating blog posts and other features. The main focus is on technology and legal research, but other aspects of law are also covered. The site is for legal practitioners, academics, students and law librarians. It was founded by Simon Fodden, Professor Emeritus at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto.

Computerisation of Law Resources

An AustLII database containing almost 150 journal articles, reports and conference papers on the computerisation of legal resources and legal tasks. Subjects covered include legal inferencing systems, retrieval systems, litigation support systems, computerised legal research techniques, standards for legal information, and public policy on access to law. There is also a collection of publications about AustLII. The database can be browsed alphabetically by author or searched by keyword; materials provided date from 1993 to 2020.

Cybercrime law

Website edited by international cybercrime expert and retired judge Stein Schjolberg. Provides cybercrime news up to 2018, together with a collection of papers on the subject from 2007 to 2014.

ITU Cybersecurity Activities

Information about the work of the United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in the field of cybersecurity, covering radiocommunications, fraud and cyber attacks, child online protection and more. Provides resources for governments, the public and businesses, including good practice guides, reports, studies, a repository of national cybersecurity strategies and the ITU's Global Cybersecurity Index. Also includes news and details of events.

Digital Law Online

Digital Law Online was established by Professor Lee A. Hollaar of the School of Computing at the University of Utah and was last updated in 2016. It contains an online version of Professor Hollaar's 2002 book, "Legal Protection of Digital Information." The book deals with copyright and patent law, including protection of software and other digital works; the emphasis is on US law. Links are given to all cases, statutes and congressional reports referred to in the text. The book is updated on the site and supplementary information is provided.
