The site provides a newsletter and gives details of APAA committees and regional groups, a history of the organisation, and details of conferences and meetings. Parts of the site are restricted to members.

Immigration law: a comparative approach

Online guide to the immigration law of Australia, Canada and the United States, by Annmarie Zell, a reference librarian at New York University Law School library, updated by Colin Fong, Angas Grant and Daniel Costa. The guide was originally published in 2006 (and updated in 2024) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School at the NYU, School of Law. The author provides information on key print and online sources covering immigration law for each country.

Australian Government: Attorney-General's Department

Official website of the Australian Attorney-General. Has information about the ministers and organisational structure, news, speeches and publications. There are sections providing information about all areas of the Department's work, which include the legal and justice system, crime prevention and enforcement, legal services, families and marriage, national security and counter-terrorism, human rights and anti-discrimination, access to justice, private international law and anti-corruption. 

International Legal Scholarship Library

This WorldLII project aims to make searchable from one location all academic law journals available on WorldLII (World Legal Information Institute) and other legal information institute websites. Journals are available in full text and include sub-collections focused on human rights and indigenous law. WorldLII is a legal information portal developed by the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) and a number of partner institutions (BAILII, AustLII, HKLII, CanLII, NZLII).

Antarctic treaty system

Australian government website focusing on the Antarctic Treaty. Includes the text of the treaty and background information on its purpose and history, plus a list of parties. Also includes the Madrid Protocol, which is concerned with environmental protection. References and links are given to the principal instruments and Australian legislation concerning the protection of the Antarctic environment.

Arts Law Centre of Australia

The Arts Law Centre of Australia is a national community legal centre. It provides legal and business advice and referral services, professional development resources and advocacy for artists and art organisations. Advice and information is given on matters including contracts, copyright, business names and structures, defamation, insurance and employment. Publications provided on the website include information sheets, the quarterly newsletter, ART+Law, and sample contracts and letters.
