The Tribunal provides independent review of a wide range of administrative decisions made by the Australian Commonwealth Government and some non-governmental organisations. It provides services both to individuals and to government agencies. The site presents basic information about the Tribunal: its corporate plan, and a glossary of administrative law terms in plain English. The most recent decisions of the Tribunal are presented in full-text (HTML), and there is a link to the archive of decisions available via AUSTLII.
A free Web database containing full-text decisions of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Australia from 1976. Materials are supplied and selected by the Tribunal. Decisions are in HTML format. A case name search, alphabetical browse list and list of recent cases are provided. This database forms part of AustLII (the Australasian Legal Information Institute) service developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

The primer was published in 2009 (and updated in 2023) and provides an "introduction to the complexity and nuance in the subject-matter jurisdiction of the U.S. Courts of Appeals".
