Public Law Wales is a membership organisation promoting discussion, education and research relating to public law and human rights in Wales. It was founded in 1999 in response to devolution and membership is drawn from members of the independent bar, solicitors in private and public practice, academics from Wales’ universities and students. Details of events and copies of recent publications are given on the site which can be viewed in Welsh and English.
Administrative Law in the Common Law World (Admin Law Blog) is a group blog edited by legal academics Farrah Ahmed, Kate Glover Berger, Swati Jhaveri, Joe Tomlinson and Julian R Murphy. Posts date from March 2017 and can be browsed or searched by keyword. Recent posts have looked at challenges to the royal prerogative, constitutional avoidance and judicial review. There are also regular book reviews.
The Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG) is part of the School of Law at the University of Nottingham. Its website provides information on the work and members of the PPRG. Details of books, PhD theses, and articles written by group members are given and some of these are available to download in full. There is also information on PPRG projects, which include procurement and human rights, public procurement in Africa and utilising marine cultural heritage in East Africa.
Website of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association (PLA), a membership organisation for lawyers working within the field of EU procurement law. The PLA organises working groups focusing on developing areas of procurement law. Completed project papers written by the working groups are available on the site, covering issues such as NHS procurement and conflicts of interest. Details of PLA events and related organisations are also given.
Procurement law website produced by the procurement team at UK law firm Mills & Reeve. Provides free access to a toolkit of guidance and template documents relating to the procurement process. There is information on the use of framework agreements, guidance on state aid, a standstill period calculator and invitation to tender template. The site includes a blog written by specialist procurement lawyers with posts on developments and updates on procurement law. A selection of links to procurement law resources is also given.
The New Zealand Centre for Public Law, Victoria University of Wellington, hosts conferences, seminars and other events to debate and influence public law issues. Its website provides information on its publications, projects and events. The Centre’s journal, the NZ Journal of Public and International Law, is published biannually and older issues can be freely accessed online. Working papers and occasional papers, based on public lectures given at the Centre, are accessible in PDF.

Official website of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. The site can be viewed in both Bahasa Melayu and English, but not all pages are translated. It contains information and publications about areas of the ministry’s work including taxation, the economy, the budget and housing loans. There are sections detailing legislation on these topics, although the amount of content varies – some are available only in Bahasa Melayu and appear to just list titles of acts and their relevant sections. There are several online services available, such as property valuation.

Links are provided to the English version of the Constitution of Bulgaria, Judicial System Act, Regulation of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the bylaws of the SJC. Lists of Bulgaria’s judicial districts, district and administrative courts, and prosecutors’ officers are provided.
