Chancery Bar Association

Website of the London based Chancery Bar Association (ChBA ) which represents barristers in private practice whose work is associated with the Chancery Division of the High Court. Members of the ChBA are listed in the Chancery Bar Association Directory which is available on the website. There is an alphabetical and regional listing of chambers along with an alphabetical listing of individual barristers. There is a future events listing and copies of the ChBA's Conditional Fee Agreements are available to download in Word.

Website of Marketinglaw an online resource for advertising and marketing law provided by European law firm Osborne Clarke. The site has a database of resources including FAQs, checklists and precedent documents and links to other related sites on advertising and marketing law topics. An archive of monthly updates provides access to hot topics and legal news and developments dealing with advertising and marketing issues such as brands, consumer protection, privacy and regulation. Parts of the site can only be accessed if you register.

CrimeLine

CrimeLine is an online weekly journal made freely available when you register on the website. CrimeLine is produced by Andrew Keogh of Keogh Solicitors and is intended for criminal lawyers featuring legal news, recent cases, new legislation and training. Case digests link to Casetrack providing access to full-text judgments. The site also includes a wiki covering criminal law in England and Wales. Other facilities on the site include a distance-learning CPD scheme, a help page and discussion forum.

Fraud Advisory Panel

Website of the Fraud Advisory Panel which was set up in 1998 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Panel's role is to "alert the nation to the immense social and economic damage caused by fraud and help both public and private sectors to fight back". Work is conducted through the Panel's four working groups: Investigation, Prosecution and Law Reform; Education, Events and Training and Cybercrime.

Personal Injuries Bar Association

Technology and Construction Solicitors Association

Website of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association (TeCSA) a professional body representing solicitors involved in litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. The collection of broad subject headings includes banking, criminal law, employment law, human rights, international law, planning, property and taxation.
