Revenue Law Journal

The Revenue Law Journal (ISSN 1034-7747) is a refereed tax journal with an international focus, established in 1989 by Bond University School of Law, Queensland, Australia. One volume is published each year. The journal is aimed at practitioners, academics and law student. Published articles examine tax matters both in Australia and other individual countries and jurisdictions. The entire series is available free on the web, in Bond University's open access e-repository; articles can be downloaded in pdf format.

Bond Law Review

Peer reviewed open-access journal published by Bond University, Queensland, Australia. Focuses on Australian law and occasionally that of other jurisdictions, including New Zealand and China. The entire series is available, from volume 1, 1989, onwards.

Melbourne University Law Review

Website for the Melbourne University Law Review, published under this title since 1957 by students at the University of Melbourne Law School. The Review is a refereed academic journal with an international circulation and reputation. Run by a student editorial committee, it is published three times yearly (April, August and December) and seeks to encourage debate on legal issues as well as provide a forum for legal research and thinking. The Review publishes articles on all areas of law, from constitutional to international, jurisprudence to tax.

Australian Institute of Criminology

The Institute is the national focus for the study of crime and criminal justice in Australia and for the dissemination of criminal justice information. The site contains selected publications and conference papers, a Directory of Australian Researchers in Criminology and Criminal Justice, statistics, research groups, press releases and links to related sites and information.

Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII)

The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) website provides more than 500 searchable databases of Australian legislation, case law and other legal materials, free of charge. It is a joint undertaking of the Faculties of Law at University of Technology in Sydney and the University of New South Wales. AustLII covers both Commonwealth (national) and state/territorial materials, together with treaties, law reform reports. It also links to secondary sources such as e-journals.

Australian Government Online

This site provides access to Federal Government information of Australia. Users of the site may browse by subject category or search for keywords or phrases. It includes access to departmental websites, parliament and states and territory governments. There are directories of organisations and individuals, news updates and information on government initiatives and services. Links to full-text government reports, statistics, legislation and papers and information aimed at the public is also offered.

World Law: Nauru

Part of WorldLII's World Law service containing links to internet resources for Nauru, an island in the South Pacific. A full range of browse and search features are provided by the site. Browse sections include links covering the Constitution, courts and case law, governmental sites and legislation. A stored search will automatically search for materials relating to the Nauru on all of the WorldLII catalogue or databases. This section of WorldLII was developed from work initiated by Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

International Courts and Tribunals Library

A WorldLII database containing over 20,000 decisions from around 20 international courts and tribunals. Users can choose to search or browse the cases of one court or tribunal, all courts/tribunals or regional groups of courts/tribunals; the latter include all African courts and tribunals, all European courts and tribunals, all human rights courts and tribunals and all trade courts and tribunals. A background paper about the project and is available on the website.

World Law: Micronesia

Section of WorldLII's World Law service covering the Federated States of Micronesia. A range of browse and search features are available on the site. Browse sections highlight links relating to government, legislation, parliament, courts and introductions to Micronesian law. A collection of stored searches will automatically search for materials relating to Micronesia on all of World Law.
