Danish Civil Aviation Administration

Statens LuftfartsvÁsen, the Danish Civil Aviation Administration is the government organisation responsible for aviation regulation in Denmark, the Faeroe Islands and Greenland. Constitution of Denmark

This site contains the text of the Denmark Constitution in English, provided by the International Constitutional Law (ICL) at the University of Bern in Switzerland. The Constitution was adopted in 1953 and covers the role of the monarchy, Parliament, the High Court, the state church, individual rights and local government. A copy of the Succession to the Throne Act 1953 and links to the Danish Parliament and the Ministry of Justice are also available, along with background notes about the history of the Constitution.

FlygtningenÁvnet

This is the website of FlygtningenÁvnet (The Refugee Board) which is described as being an "independent court-like body whose most important task is to process appeal cases after the Danish Immigration Service has refused to grant asylum in the first instance. The Board is not dependent on the political process and, hence, it is not subjected to Government or Parliamentary directives." The site includes a newsletter, information on the Refugee Board and its tasks, background material about the legal status of refugees, publications and links to other organisations working with refugees.

It gives background information on the geography and legal history of Denmark and outlines the political system, covering the legislative, executive and judicial powers, with links to key websites.
