Belgian legal bibliography compiled by Christoph Malliet, a law librarian at the Catholic University of Leuven. Almost entirely in Dutch, it gives details of law books, encyclopedias and websites, arranged by area of law, and also has a short section called ‘Belgian Law in English’. The General (‘Algemeen’) section of the bibliography covers sources of legislation and cases (online and print) as well as commentary. Lists of the top Belgian law books are given, with links to the library catalogue for further details.The entire bibliography can be searched, or it can be browsed by area of law. Rechtgenoot is intended for practising lawyers, academic lawyers, students and law librarians.
