A BAILII database carrying reports published by the Scottish Law Commission. Reports are available from 1989 onwards and are presented in HTML format. The reports are listed alphabetically by title and chronologically by year. Recent topics covered include damages for wrongful death, personal injury actions and crown appeals. BAILII is a free, collaborative service aiming to provide public access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The service has been developed through cooperation between AustLII and parties in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The service is hosted in the UK by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and in Ireland by the Law Faculty, University of Cork.
