The Australian Treaties Library is a free AustLII database containing treaties involving Australia, with status information. It includes the Australian Treaty Series (1900 - ); Australian Treaty National Interest Analyses (1996- ); Australian Minor Treaty Actions - Explanatory Statements (2012- ); Australian treaties not yet in force (1980- ); and reports of the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties (1996- ). Documents can be browsed by year or title and there is a search facility. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, provides the treaty database in partnership with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
