An AustLII database containing decisions of the Australian Patents Office from 1981 onwards. Cases can be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, was been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal material. The data from the Australian Patent Office is supplied by IP Australia.
