International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family

The International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family (online ISSN: 1464-3707) began in 1987, and is published by Oxford University Press. The journal is aimed at lawyers and social scientists, and brings together legal, social scientific, and interdisciplinary articles on the family which are of interest to scholars worldwide. Its website includes tables of contents and abstracts of articles from volume 10 (1996) onwards along with selected full text articles made freely available.

International Society of Family Law

The International Society of Family Law (Association Internationale de Droit de la Famille / Internationale Gessellschaft fur Familienrecht) is an independent scholarly association for academics and practising lawyers. Its website has details of its publications, including indexes to the International Survey of Family Law; it also provides the ISFL newsletter. The site also provides details of past and forthcoming conferences. Parts of the site are restricted to members.

Family Court of Australia Cases

An AustLII database containing judgments of the Family Court of Australia from 1976 onwards. Cases by be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, was developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

Family Court of Hong Kong Judgments

A HKLII database containing selected judgments of the Family Court of Hong Kong from 1973 onwards, in English. Cases can be browsed by name or year and there is a search facility. The Hong Kong Legal Information Institute (HKLII) free access to law project by the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law and AUSTLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute.
