The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) is the senior British court dealing with appeals from decisions of the Employment Tribunals. Its section of the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary website provides information on the purpose, operation and work of the tribunal. It includes practice directions, rules and guidance, as well as EAT decisions from around 1996 onwards.

The site gives details of workshops and events, provides publications by members and also has a news section. The site is available in English, French and Spanish.
