International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property
Non-profit organisation dedicated to the development of intellectual property laws. Founded in 1897, AIPPI is a global association for IP lawyers, patent and trademark professionals, judges, engineers and scientists. It carries out studies of national legislation and makes recommendations for harmonisation of laws at the international level. The AIPPI website includes a library of more than 3,500 publications and provides news and details of the association’s events
Australian Federal Relations Architecture
Website of the Australian Federal Relations Architecture an intergovernmental forum where Commonwealth, state and territory ministers can meet to manage matters of national significance or issues that need co-ordinated action by all Australian governments. The National Cabinet is a forum for the Prime Minister, Premiers and Chief Ministers and there are Ministerial Councils where Commonwealth, state and territory ministers work collaboratively on issues specific to their portfolio areas through intergovernmental meetings.
Ius Commune Casebooks for the Common Law of Europe

A broader aim is to investigate the influences upon and potential integration of legal systems in the member states of the European Union. METRO: Institute for Transnational Legal Research
Website for METRO, Maastricht University's Institute for Transnational Legal Research. Information is provided on the work and aims of the Institute with outlines of its interdisciplinary research programmes, covering matters such as human rights, women and law, constitutional law, and the legal aspects of business and enterprise. METRO specialises in transnational research dealing with issues of European and international integration and identifying common ground amongst the legal systems of European Union member states.
NYU School of Law: Jean Monnet Center
The Jean Monnet Center at New York University School of Law is supported by the European Commission under the Jean Monnet project. The Center is concerned with European integration and its website provides details of the Center's activities, courses and staff, plus useful information for researchers. Jean Monnet Working Papers are available in full text from 1995 onwards; recent working papers have covered cultural diversity, judicial protection of individuals and EU constitutionalism after the failure of the Constitutional Treaty.

European Private Law Forum
