The guide was published in 2007 on New York University's Globalex website and updated in 2015 by Gloria Orrego Hoyos It reviews and provides critical evaluations of the Spanish-language materials offered by commercial providers LexisNexis, vLex and Westlaw. The guide also considers a selection of free websites covering Spanish-language jurisdictions: the Global Information Network (GLIN), Latin Laws, WorldLII's Spanish Project (Base de Datos en Español) and Página Jurídica.
