Constitution of Namibia
The Namibian Constitution, in English, made available by International Constitutional Law (ICL) at the University of Bern in Switzerland. The Constitution was adopted in 1990 and covers citizenship, fundamental human rights and freedoms, the President, the Cabinet, the National Assembly, the National Council, the administration of justice, local government, police, defence forces and the prison service, finance and the Central Bank. The Constitution schedules are also provided along with background and historical notes.
