Leasehold Advisory Service
Website of a London based advisory service which provides free information about the law concerning leasehold property. A selection of full-text advice documents are made available on the site in HTML dealing with issues such as collective enfranchisement, the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and obtaining a lease extension. Also included are reports dealing with leasehold reform including a guide to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and a link to the full-text of the act in HTML.
