As well as giving details of the services the company provides there is a database of case digests relating to the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and a collection of in-house articles dealing with construction law, adjudication and mediation. The site also provides a comprehensive collection of links relating to construction law.

Insurance and Reinsurance Judgements

Collection of insurance and reinsurance judgements made freely available on the Elborne Mitchell website. Elborne Mitchell are a London law firm specialising in insurance, reinsurance, shipping, commercial, regulatory, A.R.T. (Alternative Risk Transfer), employment and e-commerce matters. The judgements can be browsed by date (most recent first) or searched by keyword. The collection extends back to the end of 1997 with each record giving the case name, date, court, judge and a case summary.

American Samoa Bar Association

Website of the American Samoa Bar Association. The 'Legal Resources' section of the website has freely available HTML versions of the American Samoa Constitution, the American Samoa Code and an alphabetical listing of High Court cases which link to the full-text. There is an online law Digest of American Samoa arranged by subject along with a copy of the 'Rules of Court of the Judiciary of American Samoa'. Each of these sections has a search facility.

Court of Appeal of New Zealand decisions

An NZLII (New Zealand Legal Information Institute) web database providing free public access to selected full text decisions from the New Zealand Court of Appeal. The service includes decisions released by the Court from 1978 onwards. Full database search options, case name search and browsing alphabetically by party name or by year are available. NZLII is a joint project of the University of Otago Faculty of Law, the Victoria University of Wellington Faculty of Law and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).
