The Constitution is provided in PDF and is amended up to 2003. The document sets out the rights and powers of the executive, legislative and judicial functions of government in the region. It also details the individual rights of the citizen.

First published in 2002, it is now in the archive section of LLRX (Law Library Resource Xchange, a free online journal for legal information professionals). The author offers brief notes on the history, geography and religion of the region; describes the basic structure of the Tajik legal system, types of legislation and government sources.
The Asia Legal Information Network (ALIN) was set up by the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) in 2003 as a voluntary network of governmental, academic and research organisations willing to provide access to legal information and resources managed by each of them. ALIN offers a small collection of articles, laws, regulations and conference papers. Some resources are restricted to members only.
