This database maps laws from around the world relating to women’s status in the family and society. Launched in July 2018, it is under development by the Global Women's Leadership Project (GWLP) at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, in association with UN Women. In its first phase the database covers the laws of African, European and Latin American jurisdictions as well as Israel, India and Pakistan; work is continuing on Middle Eastern jurisdictions.

Government announcement, speeches and other official documents can be viewed and downloaded on the “Resources” page. The link marked “Archive” links to the old version of the Saint Lucia government website which, although no longer updated, is still live, and provides links to the constitution and selected codes and regulations, which are not yet available on the new website.
NATLEX is a database of information about national labour, social security and related human rights laws in over 190 countries and more than 160 territories. It is maintained by the International Labour Organization's International Labour Standards Department. The records consist of abstracts and bibliographic details, with links to the full text of the laws where possible. NATLEX can be browsed by country or by subject and has a search facility. It is in English, French or Spanish, but the abstracts are not always available in all three languages.
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations which seeks to promote employment rights, human rights and social justice. The website gives details of the ILO's history, structure and work programmes. It provides numerous free databases of labour-related information and documentation, including national labour laws, international labour standards, treaty information, statistics and a bibliography compiled by the ILO Library.
A BAILII database containing decisions of the Northern Ireland Social Security and Child Support Commissioners'. These are members of the judiciary who hear appeals on points of law relating to benefits and child support from Appeal Tribunals under the Social Security and Child Support legislation.The database contains decisions from 1988 onwards to date. Cases are arranged chronologically by year and using the Commissioners' own numbering system which is explained on the site. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility and Recent Cases listing.
Website of the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) a UK advisory body on social security issues. The role of SSAC is to provide advice on social security matters and to report on social security regulations referred to it by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and the Department of Social Development in Northern Ireland. The site provides background and historical information about the Committee and profiles of its members. There are details of consultations currently being carried out which are made available as PDF documents.
A BAILII database, providing free access to the full-text of selected opinions of the Social Security and Child Support Commissioners in the United Kingdom. The database carries opinions from 1997 to 2008 as supplied by the Social Security and Child Commission. Decisions are listed alphabetically by Commissioner's File number. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility and Recent Cases listing. BAILII is a collaborative service aiming to provide public access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Website of the National Senior Citizens Law Center (NSCLC) an advocacy, litigation and training group based in Washington DC working on behalf of low income elderly and disabled people. The site has background information on key issues and cases the NSCLC is involved with covering the areas of federal rights, Medicaid, long-term care and income security. Each section has articles, news items, cases and case commentaries. NSCLC also publish a range of consumer publications on Medicare and nursing homes, details of which are given on the site.
The Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals) is a Superior Court of Record which hears appeals against decisions made by the Social Entitlement Chamber, the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, and the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber of the of the First-tier Tribunal. The site explains the structure and work of the Tribunal and the types of cases heard.
