The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted) is a non-ministerial government department that reports directly to Parliament. It brings together four formerly separate inspectorates, including the Adult Learning Inspectorate and the Commission for Social Care Inspection. It inspects and regulates care for children and young people and education and training for learners of all ages. They provide a four yearly inspection of state funded schools in the UK, the reports of which are available online.

Electronic report on United States laws covering cyberbullying written by Sameer Hinduja who is Associate Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University and Justin W. Patchin who is Associate Professor of Criminal Justice in the Department of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The report was published by the Cyberbullying Research Center in January 2011. The term ‘cyberbullying or cyber-bullying’ refers refers to harassment and bullying among young people using electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers.
The Office of the Schools Adjudicator (OSA) which was set up under the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. Schools Adjudicators make decisions relating to school organisation issues and admission arrangements in cases that cannot be resolved locally. The website provides access to the decisions of the OSA. If these decisions have been subject to judicial review these proceedings are also included online.
