Administrative Rules

Portal to US state and federal rules and regulations. Explains what administrative rules are and gives links to codified and uncodified versions for each state and for the federal government.The resource is provided by the Administrative Codes & Registers Section of the National Association of Secretaries of State.

Federal Register

The US Federal Register is available from 1936 onwards on the GovInfo website. The issues are listed by date and there is a search facility. The Federal Register is the official daily publication for US federal rules, proposed rules, notices issued by federal agencies, presidential executive orders and other presidential documents. The website is provided by the US Government Publishing Office (GPO).

Rules and Policies

This page forms part of the United States Courts website and makes available rules of practice, procedure and evidence currently in use in the federal courts. There are full-text copies of rules, background information on the rulemaking process, proposed and past amendments and minutes of relevant committee meetings such as the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure and the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure.
