Major Pending Election Cases

This database is a project of the Election Law Program at The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, made freely available online in partnership with the SCOTUSblog website. The database provides case summaries, comprehensive court filings and expert commentary about important election law cases from around the United States. The case tracker can be searched by date, name, state, status and topic. Along with the case summaries there are links to associated court documents. It is also possible to view all cases relating to the 2020 presidential election results.

UK Constitutional Law Association

The United Kingdom Constitutional Law Association (UKCLA) is a group for constitutional law scholars in the UK, affiliated to the International Association of Constitutional Law. The Association organises seminars and conferences, which are detailed on the website. It is also setting up a group for UK PhD students researching public law. The website includes a constitutional law blog, edited by Nick Barber from the University of Oxford and Jeff King from University College London.

Head of Legal

Blog by law lecturer, consultant and non-practising barrister Carl Gardner, who is based in London. Provides commentary on legal developments in their political and social context, mainly focusing on public, constitutional, human rights and European law.

Statute Law Review

The Statute Law Review (online ISSN: 1464-3863) began in 1980 and is published by Oxford University Press in association with the Statute Law Society. The Review aims to further the study of legislative drafting, statutory interpretation, and the process of parliamentary scrutiny around the world. It is intended for lawyers in both private practice and public service, and academics with an interest in public law, public administration and political science.
