Land Registration Tribunal
This part of the GOV.uk website provides access to the Land Registration Tribunal, which is the Land Registration division of the Property Chamber (First-tier Tribunal). The Tribunal was set up in 2013 to deal with disputes concerning the Land Registry. The webpage has guidance on applying to the Tribunal, attending a hearing, links to relevant legislation and to the Decisions Database which holds all the decisions of the Land Registration Tribunal from 1 June 2015 onwards.

This site provides access to the online version of the Estates Gazette on payment of a subscription fee. The Estates Gazette is a leading weekly journal in the field of UK housing and property law. It contains current news, legal updates, case notes and journal articles covering a wide range of issues relating to housing, the property market, planning and housing law. Information on subscription fees can be obtained from the site, and a short-term free trial is also available.

Website of Babbé, a Guernsey law firm specialising in commercial law and litigation, trust and company law and insolvency. The Library section of the site (available via the Corporate and Commercial, Trust and Fiduciary, and Insolvency pages) has a collection articles produced by the firm about relevant aspects of Guernsey law. The Private Client Services section provides guides to wills, probate, inheritance and guardianship in Guernsey. The French Property Law website is produced by the French law department at Russell-Cooke a law firm with offices in London. The site is made freely available in English and provides a guide to buying French property covering contracts, mortgages, searches and fees. There is a selection of FAQs covering inheritance and representation along with related news stories. A collection of in-house articles is made available in full-text in PDF format dealing with other aspects of purchasing property in France. The site also has a page of Web links.

Council for Licensed Conveyancers
Website of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) the body responsible for regulating, training and issuing annual licences to licensed conveyancers (specialist property lawyers). The Directory of Licensed Conveyancers can be searched on the website by name or region. There is guidance to using a licensed conveyancer, a guide to professional conduct covering compliance, conduct and discipline and details of the CLC's complaints procedure.
Property Litigation Association
Website of the Property Litigation Association (PLA), a London-based organisation which draws its membership from solicitors, legal executives and barristers engaged in property litigation. The website contains details of events and workshops, news items, and information about the work and membership of the PLA's various committees. The PLA provides a mediation facility and includes a selection of sample forms, guidance and a list of mediators on the website.
